There is a material that improves the yellowing characteristic, which is a weakness of urethane resin. The transparency is comparable to acrylic (with a measured representative value of 93% total light transmittance). By accurately producing a master model, we can reliably guarantee the transparency of vacuum casting. If you need prototypes in units of 10, we can provide faster and cheaper replicas than machining prototypes. After the master model is completed, we can start production in as little as 3 days. We can produce 20 vacuum cast items in 3 weeks, and with a setup of 15 vacuum casting machines, we can replicate multiple parts simultaneously. Of course, you can request us to produce the master model, but we can also create silicone rubber molds from the master models you provide.
